- The Main Menu contains the following elements:
- The "Status" indicator shows your current Verification Status.
- The "Action Required" indicator shows the action to be taken in order for you to
verify your Dependents.
- View Cover Letter and Instructions - This link takes you to an online copy of the
Cover Letter that you received with your Verification Form.
- View Definition of Eligible Dependents - This link takes you to an online copy of
the Definition of Eligible Dependents that you received with your Verification Form.
- View Frequently Asked Questions - This link takes you to an online copy of the Frequently
Asked Questions that you received with your Verification Form
- If your name, address, or phone number is incorrect, please call Secova at 1-888-926-5687 or 1-323-781-3921 for call outside the US.
- If there is any missing or inaccurate Dependent data, please call Secova.
- An answer of Yes or No is required for each Dependent, as well as the checkbox to
indicate that you attest to the answers shown. You will also be required to select
the appropriate relation type and/or detail if displayed. If you are unable to complete
the form, please call Secova.
- If you have questions regarding the language on the verification form, please call
Secova.
- If you have any questions regarding the Dependent Verification Process, please call
Secova.
- The Submission Confirmation page allows you to view what you have just filled out
on the Verification Form.
- Once you confirm your information, an Verification Form Confirmation email will
be sent to the email address we have on file.
- If you have entered incorrect information or would like to change an answer, you
can click on the Make Corrections button at the bottom of the Documents Required

- You are able to upload documentation using our online file upload utility.
- Once you are done with uploading documentation, please click the submit button to
finalize the upload process.
- After you have submitted the documentation using the file upload utility, you will
receive an acknowledgement email sent to the email we have on file.

where you can lookup the Verification Details of a particular
Employee. You can
search by name or by EmployeeID.
- System Reports - This link takes you to the "Reports Menu" page.
- View Cover Letter and Instructions - This link takes you to an online copy of the
Cover Letter that your Employees received with their Verification Form.
- View Definition of Eligible Dependents - This link takes you to an online copy of
the Definition of Eligible Dependents that your
Employees received with their Verification
Form.
- View Frequently Asked Questions - This link takes you to an online copy of the Frequently
Asked Questions that your Employees received with their Verification Form.
- This page allows you to lookup the Verification Details of a particular
Employee.
You can search by name or by Employee ID.
- When searching by name, you can search using either a complete name or the first
few letters.
- In the Search results, the Employee ID link will take you to the
Employee Verification
Details for that particular Employee.
- The Reports Menu page allows you to navigate to different reports currently available
to monitor the progress of the verification process.
- The following are the reports available

- Reason For Incomplete Report
- Dependent Verification Status Report
- Shared Reporting Directory
- The Main Menu button on any page will take you to the Main Menu.
- The Back button on a page will take you to the most recently visited page.
- The logout link on a page will log you out from your current session and will take
you back to the login screen.
